About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about supporting project teams to deliver successful outcomes. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of projects from initiation through completion.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using project management tools.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to project managers.
- Support the preparation of presentations and status reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ year of Administrative or Customer Service Office experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Schedule: M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm
Salary: $45-50k (Depending on Experience)
